StartmeupHK Festival 2024

Established in 2016, the StartmeupHK Festival is an annual series of events curated by Invest Hong Kong and organised by external expert partners. The series of events comprise of conferences, exhibitions, pitching competitions, startup-investor matching as well as other networking activities. Guided by the theme A Future Unlimited, this year’s Festival will feature main events covering a startup competition, web3, female entrepreneurship, healthtech and sustainability. In addition, a wide range of community events will be held, such as an investor summit, business matching, country startup showcases, etc., to add further value and diversity to the week.


Hong Kong FinTech Week 2024

Hong Kong Generation Next Arts (HKGNA) Music Festival 2024

LINK Hong Kong Open 2024

One of Asia’s oldest and most prestigious golf championships, the LINK Hong Kong Open will stage its 63rd edition this November. Clockenflap 2024

Following on from its back-to-back sold-out editions in March and December 2023, Clockenflap, Hong Kong's biggest international outdoor music and arts festival, celebrates its 14th edition this November with a lineup from internationally acclaimed acts to regional and local gems.


I. M. Pei: Life Is Architecture

Location: M+

Event date: 29/06/2024 - 05/01/2025

The first large-scale retrospective of the legendary architect's work at M+, West Kowloon Cultural District. Featuring over 400 archival items, models, and objects in 6 thematic sections, the exhibition explores Pei's vision and inspiration for designing some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong as well as the modernisation of the Grand Louvre in Paris, the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, and many more.


A Laugh at the World: James Wong

Location: Hong Kong Heritage Museum

Event date: 17/07/2024 - 10/02/2025

James Wong, a famous cultural figure in Hong Kong, who had a significant impact on the formation and changes of Hong Kong's popular culture. This exhibition is organised to commemorate the 20th anniversary of James Wong’s passing. The exhibition link various chapters of James Wong’s life with four of his songs: from the beginning of his journey “Below the Lion Rock” to the heyday of Hong Kong’s pop culture epitomised in “It’s him, you and me”. The showcased collections illustrate his contributions to music, movie, television, advertising, literature and more, as well as demonstrate the cultural integration of James Wong's works.
